Prakash Ranjit

I am an artist and illustrator working and living in Kathmandu. I love sharing stories,
whether they are of fiction or tales from my experiences. Most of the time, they
become a mixture of surreal and contemplative, with dark humor, as I try to be mindful
of events around me.
My work is a reflection on the quality of my life as a Nepali artist and a human. I am
intrigued by the interpersonal relationships that exist in my personal life, home, and
the larger society through which I connect, communicate, and am affected by every
change and shift it sees. I often ask, “Am I ok? Am I doing alright? Am I living the way I
want to? How am I feeling today? What do I need at the moment?”
